At Thin Blue Line USA we make it our goal to ship out your order within 1-2 business days from the time that your order was placed. Orders ship out from our Wixom, Michigan distribution center. Shipping rates vary by order and are calculated at checkout.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we allow for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of order receipt. For orders that are due to our error, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you upon request. Additionally, we have a one-year, 100% guarantee for our products. If your product rips, breaks, or is damaged, we’ll exchange the product for free. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Orders shipping to International Addresses do not qualify for Free Shipping.

Free Shipping does not apply to wholesale orders, purchase orders, and orders that must be shipped by freight due to quantity/size of items.
