We wake up every day at Thin Blue Line USA with the mission to inspire support for our law enforcement.  We are a team who deeply love what we do. We work with law enforcement agencies throughout the country and with our broad geographic footprint, it has given us a close-up view to the very serious health crisis and life disruption caused by the Coronavirus.

With this perspective, Thin Blue Line USA is deeply committed to the health and safety of its employees, customers and the communities in which we all live and work. As a result, we have been adopting “social distancing” strategies across our entire company to do our part to “flatten the curve” of Coronavirus and to lighten the load on our heroes in healthcare and everyone on the front lines of this pandemic.  Thin Blue Line USA has adopted the following strategies:

1. Adopt a blanket “work from home” strategy for our offices employees.

2. Implement “social distancing” and extensive sanitizing strategies across all our shipping centers, apparel production facilities and customer service centers.

3. Prohibit all employee business travel as well as any outside business visitors to any of our offices or facilities to minimize social interactions.

Our website and shipping operation remains open and we have never been more committed to serving our customers. In these times of financial uncertainty, we will also strive to provide even more value to you than ever.

While all the things we’re doing to prioritize health and safety create a higher degree of difficulty to operate, our team has never been more committed to serving our customers, and we are all working hard to continue to meet our promised delivery dates.  In the weeks and months ahead, we will let you know any developments that disrupt our ability to serve you well online.
