Remembering Sergeant Noel Ramirez & Deputy Sheriff Taylor Lindsey | Give Blue | $2,549.46 Donated

A gunman shot and killed Deputy Sheriff Taylor Lindsey and Sergeant Noel Ramirez at a restaurant while they took their lunch break on April 19, 2018.

Sergeant Ramirez was 29 years old and is survived by his wife and two children. He served with the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office for seven years.

Deputy Lindsey was 25 years old. He served with the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office for two years.

This senseless tragedy sparked our Give Blue Fundraiser to support the families of Sergeant Ramirez and Deputy Lindsey. Wsend our deepest thanks to everyone that took part and continues to wear their Thin Blue Line Bracelet in honor of these fallen heroes.

 A total of $2,549.46 was donated to the Florida Sheriffs Association. This donation will continue to honor the memory of these two fallen heroes.
